BizTech is a FREE 20-week Computer Course, taught in a fun and supportive environment helping you gain your NCEA levels.

 

You will learn a wide range of software skills to upgrade your future.

Competent use of computers is essential for almost all jobs now. Our Free 20-week BizTech course gives graduates a comprehensive grasp of business administration including, communication theory, customer service, creating business documents, using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Publisher.

 

It is an entry qualification for further study in business or technology, as well as leading directly to jobs in administration, banking, retail and much more.

 

Students with NCEA Level 1 will have the opportunity to gain NCEA Levels 2 and 3 during with our BizTech course.

We try to simulate a business environment (while having fun) to get you ready for work in a real office.  Learn to follow task lists with self-directed learning, communicate effectively with others and gain confidence with the Microsoft Office suite.

This programme is delivered in a computer lab equipped with networked, internet connected PCs loaded with all of the application software required during the course. Learners are also welcome to bring their own device.

Outcomes
